Orders
Step 1.
Determine pricing, availability, and shipping preferences (Platinum, Gold, Standard,
and Standard Saver) through our quick
quote.
Step 2.
Select the service that best fits your luggage shipping needs. After selecting your luggage
shipping service, you will be directed to our insurance page where you can increase insurance
amounts above our standard $500 coverage included in our quick quote amount. You can also
add any last minute luggage to your order.
Step
3.
Enter your pickup and destination address. If you have a specific pickup and delivery location
(i.e. Bell Hop, Front Door, Main Office), please enter it in the special instructions box beneath
the appropriate address column. Upon completion and selecting continue, you will be asked to
confirm your shipping addresses and selected service type. Once confirmed select the “Add to Cart”
button where you’re shipping details will be added to our secured cart system. Your shopping
cart screen will allow you to add any additional luggage and a return trip if needed.
Once completed, select the checkout option to complete your billing and payment information.
Upon completion you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order has been
successfully processed. In your order confirmation email you will be introduced to your assigned
Baggage Quest concierge and updated on your Welcome Package delivery status. Your Welcome Package
will be mailed to you, which will include your special luggage friendly shipping labels and simple
instructions on how to prepare your items for our carriers.

4.
Place your prepared item(s) in the chosen location you selected during ordering (i.e. Bell Hop,
Front Door, Main Office) for our carriers to pick up on scheduled date and time.
Step 5.
From Pick-up to delivery, you will be assigned a case specific Baggage Quest concierge that will
work solely with you. Your concierge will be addressed in your order confirmation email. Having
a case knowledgeable concierge that oversees your order from start to finish allows for
exceptional customer service. If you have any questions or comments your concierge is there to
help. Your concierge will keep you updated regarding your items shipping status throughout transit.

Relax! Just enjoy your travels. Your luggage will be waiting for you when you arrive at your
destination.

will need to be disclosed. It is very important to list all your shipping contents clearly for

need to be included in your shipping documentation pouch that we will provide in your Welcome Package.
