Q. Can I have my luggage picked up
on the weekends?
A. We do offer Saturday pick-ups for our Gold and Platinum Services.
Q. How far
in advance can I schedule a pickup?
A. Baggage Quest's system allows you to schedule a pick-up 15 days prior
of the start of your trip.
Q. What if
my luggage arrives late? Do I get a refund? A. Yes, if our carriers
fail to deliver your item(s) on the pre-determined delivery date disclosed during
the order process, we will reimburse you for that leg of the shipment. Please see

On-Time Delivery Guarantee policy.

Can I have my luggage picked up from multiple locations and dropped off
at the same location?
A. Baggage Quest can handle all of your needs, with special scenarios it might
require speaking to one of our representatives at (888) 216-9141.

Can my bags be picked up if I am not at home? A. Yes. You can tell
us where they will be and we will make the appropriate accommodations.
Q.
Does my luggage need to be packaged or wrapped?
A. No. Luggage can be shipped as is. If shipping recreational items
(i.e. golf clubs, skiing equipment), they must be placed in a shippable case for
protection.
Q. If I send my luggage to a hotel,
can I have them arrive earlier than my check in time?
A. Yes. Just specify whom you would like it delivered to (i.e. bell hop, front desk).
Your assigned concierge will contact the hotel with the details regarding pickup
and/or delivery of your items.
Q. Are there different shipment options? A. Yes. We offer Platinum, Gold, Standard and Standard Saver for domestic
shipments within the United States and International Platinum and Economy for
international shipments.

How do I book my return trip? A. You simply select the round trip
feature in our quick quote system and submit your information and we handle the rest.

Q. Can I ship my luggage to
another country?
A. Yes. You can use our International Quick Quote for details including price,
desired transit times and necessary customs paperwork needed for proper delivery.
Q. Will my luggage be insured?
A. Yes. Baggage Quest provides $500 USD coverage for each item that is shipped.
Additional coverage can be purchased upon ordering.
Q. How will I be billed?
A. At the time of scheduling, the Baggage Quest system will create a invoice
outlining the charges generated from information given to us. We charge your
credit card at that time; we then calculate any additional fees based on weight,
dimensions and duties (if applicable) after your trip has been completed.
Q. Where can I have my luggage picked up?
A. Baggage Quest can pick up your luggage anywhere (i.e. home, office, hotel,
resort). If there is an address, we can pick it up.
